requirements. On occasions, certain manufacturers such as Karndean Flooring
require customer contact details, including email address to validate
their warranties.

- Any personal data we hold, (names, addresses, phone numbers and email
addresses) on our email and QuickBooks Accounts server is fully encrypted
and secure.
- Paper copies of old quotes, plans, etc. are held in folders for a 5 year
retention period before being destroyed by burning.
Access to information
The Act gives you the right to access information held about you.
Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act.
Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10 to meet our costs in
providing you with details of the information we hold about you.
